In fact, dieting makes you lose weight quickly but you also lose your sanity as you become hungrier and MORE food & body obsessed.

(I love brunch... you love brunch...and learning HOW to eat for real life is the key to getting results that last).
After overcoming years of restrictive dieting & body obsession, I found that achieving a fit and confident body isn't about having more willpower — we simply don'y know how our bodies work.
