The BYB Method is different because we work with your metabolism by eating enough nutrition for your body's needs while strength training!
This process results in you not only feeling AMAZING (more energy, consistent mood, better digestion, mental clarity) which helps you stay consistent, but you'll also lose body fat and build/support muscle to build a leaner physique!
Traditional diets force you to eat as little as possible, which makes you lose muscle and have insane cravings. This results in quick weight loss, but it's totally unsustainable while damaging your metabolism during the process.
The reality is that no one has a crystal ball to tell you when and how much weight your body will lose. If you feel uncomfortable with your weight right now, I know hearing this may sound scary but here is what I want you to know.
Most of the women I work with *think* that weight loss is their goal, when really they want fat loss and a body recomposition! This means when you focus on fat loss, you may see smaller weight changes but over time you will notice a leaner, more toned physique because you're investing in muscle and encouraging your body to shed excess body fat. This is why I teach you not to rely on the scale as your only measure of progress!
So no, I do not guarantee weight loss. But I do guarantee that my method will help you find your happiest weight! (a weight where you are metabolically healthy, not depriving yourself, and able to live your life to the fullest!)
It's not a requirement, but in the program you will learn how to track your food as a tool to make sure you are eating enough of the right foods for your goals!
Most women don't realize how much protein they are underreating until they start tracking. However, tracking is just a tool. It is not a "diet" and I teach you how to build eating skills along the way so you have an exit strategy once you've learned what you need to from tracking!
